    For the first time, Sharon is joining the 41 artists participating in the 18th Annual 2025 Western Loudoun Art & Studio Tour. Her studio will be open to visitors on June 6, 7 & 8, where you can explore her textured palette knife paintings in person. This free, self-guided tour is a wonderful way to meet local artists and see where the magic happens. She’d love to welcome you and share the stories behind her work!

    Chip Beck has been traveling from the Florida Everglades to the Glaciers of Alaska on a Plein Air artist expedition in preparation of watercolor landscapes for the upcoming June 7-8 WLAST.

    Margaret is excited to participate in the 2025 Carmel Arts Festival in Carmel, California in mid May (May 14-18). They have 3 days to paint the glorious scenery along the Pacific Coast, a quick draw on Saturday, May 17, and sales Friday to Sunday. She will be teaming up with and learning all she can from fellow LSC artist Lynn Mehta, who is also participating.

    Areej is hosting the following workshops:

    Art workshops on April 17 and May 22 - Sterling Library

    Painting Event on May 30 - Sterling Community Center

    Burg Festival May 10


    On May 10th she is participating in the Great Falls Quick Paint - a one week art event organised by the Great Falls Art School, the quick paint event will conclude the event on May 23 where artists will create pieces in two hours and sell them in front of the public. This is her second year participation.

    Sangeetha will be displaying her artwork in Lovettsville Library from May - June. Sangeetha is a self taught artist. She has experimented with a variety of mediums. She will be displaying her works in soft pastels, textured acrylics and mixed media.
