Artist Statement:
I love the diversity of the two mediums I work in: Oils are dynamic and adaptable and produce very realistic and luminous effects. Pastels offer exquisite blendability and luscious velvety textures. Working on a painting of a beautiful subject found in nature fills me with a sense of serenity. I hope the viewer of my work experiences the same.
