Artist Statement:
I am originally from Madrid, Spain and now live in Virginia. I think of art as a way of communicating what I see and what I feel about a subject. I find inspiration in a wide range of subjects including landscapes, cityscapes, sill-life, people, and figures.
In addition to painting in my studio, I paint outdoors with my NOVA Plein Air Artists friends and the Loudon Sketch Club. I have taken classes at NOVA Community College, The Arts of Great Falls, The Torpedo Factory in Virginia and workshops throughout the US and Europe.
