Loudoun Sketch Club's Annual Member Show
Registration Opens September 22
Calling all Loudoun Sketch Club and Oatlands artists! Our 2025 Member Show will be held at Oatlands from October 18th through November 16th. Art submissions may be of any subject or size. Studio paintings and plein-air entries are accepted, as well as photography. This show is a non-juried, non-judged show. We encourage you to show your art!
Artists may submit up to 3 paintings. Art will be hung as display space is available with at least two of three pieces hung on the first day of sale. A third (or reserve) piece will be hung as sales open additional display space. When you submit your entry put your reserve piece as piece #3. The entry fee is $15 for LSC members and $25 for Oatlands artists. Oatlands artists will also receive a free membership to the Loudoun Sketch Club renewable in Sept 2026 (a $30 value). Oatlands will receive a 20% commission on sales. Artists receive 80% of sales less a 3% fee for credit card processing.
We are looking for featured artists to demo plein-air painting on weekend mornings during the show. This is a nice opportunity for additional exposure. If you are interested in participating, you can sign up HERE for a specific time slot.

Entry Requirements:
1. Current LSC member in good standing (your 2025/2026 dues must be paid) 2. You need to supply an image of your art to register. Image files must be named: LastNameFirstName_Title.jpg and be less than 5MB 3. All artwork must be display ready; wall pieces must have hanging wire (prefer D-ring hangers). 4. 2-D works only. 5. Works may be rejected at drop off if the presentation is of poor quality - wet paint, banged up framing, spots on matting, etc. 6. Entry fee is $15 for LSC members and $25 for Oatlands artists. 7.
